Chapter 4: Fóvos
Hecate heard Persephone’s anguished cries and was immediately filled with dread, fearing for the fate of Demeter's beloved daughter.
When Ananke saw Rheia, she recoiled in terror and alerted Kronos.
Furious at the sight of the two, Rheia unleashed her wrath upon Kronos, cursing him before he collapsed on the ground.
Seeing Kronos dropping unconscious, Ananke felt as if the world was spinning so fast it began to swallow Kronos - the love of her life.
She tried to stop Rheia from further harming the only reason she stays alive.
Though Ananke's power surpassed Rheia’s, it was Rheia’s seething fury that gave her the strength to defeat Ananke.
In her rage, Rheia drove a fatal blow into Kronos, ending his life.
Meanwhile, after meeting Kalamos, Karpos returned home and eagerly recounted the encounter to Physis.
Concerned, Physis warned him of the dangers in trusting strangers.
In response, Karpos demonstrated his powers, assuring Physis that he was more than capable of defending himself from anyone who would try to hurt him.
