Hypnos and Hera

 HYPNOS AND HERA

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!

In Greek mythology, Hypnos, the god of sleep, resided in Erebos, the realm of eternal darkness, alongside his twin brother Thanatos, the god of death. Each night, he ascended into the sky with his mother Nyx, the goddess of night.

In the story of Simanity, goddess Hera's fury towards Zeus for his incessant infidelities drove her to seek revenge. In her quest for retribution, she encountered Hypnos, who was willing to assist her but had his own motives.

Hypnos, however, falls in love with Hera and together they have a son named Morpheus.
