Medusa was minding her own business and enjoying the warm sun on her skin
as she swam across the falls.

She was unaware of the presence of Poseidon,

the god of the sea, who had been watching her from afar.

Medusa, on the other hand, took no notice of him.

She was too engrossed in her own thoughts to notice the handsome god who was watching her.

She was thinking about her father, Phorcys, and the strict rules he had set for her.

Phorcys was a fearsome sea god, and Medusa was terrified of him.

She knew that she had to be careful not to disobey his orders.

"Why are you running away from me, Medusa?" Poseidon asked in a seductive voice.

"I'm not running away from you," she said.
"I'm just trying to mind my own business."



Poseidon smiled. "But you can't do that," he said. "Not to me, at least."
Medusa felt an attraction and indeed could not resist Poseidon.
This was exactly what her father had warned her about,
but she nevertheless allowed herself be lured by the handsome god.

They swam and teased each other until the urge to be closer
became more apparent and inevitable.



They kissed and Poseidon was pleased. He finally had Medusa in his hand.



He grabbed her arm and pulled her closer.
For Medusa, Poseidon's grip was too much she broke away.



He grabbed her again but even closer this time.
He kissed her passionately, and Medusa struggled to break free.
But Poseidon was too strong.



Medusa knew that it was pointless to resist Poseidon.
He was a god, and she had no power over him.



She closed her eyes and waited for the inevitable.
