Zeus had to talk to Eve and explain that he wouldn't be around much because of the new baby. However, Eve surprised him by revealing she was pregnant with his child. This led to a complex and emotional conversation between them. To avoid the other gods' judgment and disapproval of Zeus being with a mortal, he begged Eve to keep their secret.
The news was heavy for both Zeus and Eve, and they felt the weight of their situation. Shortly after their talk, Eve started having contractions, which led to the birth of Physis.
Adam, focused on his secret relationship with Hera, didn't notice Eve's pregnancy. Even Cain, who was watching everything, didn't tell his father about it until it was too late.
The truth finally dawned on Adam, leaving everyone to face the consequences of their actions.
